👉 retrofitting it into the glove box of my Suzuki Jimny.
In this video, I walk you through the entire step-by-step process, showing how I modified the limited space to make a heater fit in one of the smallest interiors possible. From cutting and reshaping the glove box area, to routing ducts, wiring, fuel lines, and fitting all the extra components needed to make it work — nothing is skipped.
This definitely wasn’t an easy install. There were setbacks, tight tolerances, and moments where I questioned whether this was even the right place for a diesel heater at all. I’m still not 100% sure how it’ll hold up long-term — but for now, I’m genuinely happy with the result.
The final install looks clean, professional, and surprisingly factory-like, and once the glove box is closed, the heater is completely hidden away. Most importantly… it works, and it works well.
