My 1982 Tioga camper roof was leaking badly, so I tried coating the roof to see if it would actually stop the water. This video shows the roof condition, the waterproof coating test, the leaks, and whether this cheap RV roof repair idea worked or failed.

It’s literally raining inside my 1982 Tioga Class C camper.
After major roof leaks and water damage, things finally got bad enough that water started pouring into the RV during the storm — and then I spilled the catch bucket all over the kitchen trying to deal with it.
In this video I show the damage inside and outside, explain what caused it, and go over the plan to repair and reinforce the roof before things get even worse.
Can this old camper actually be saved?
