Back in 1997 (yes, I'm old), I built my first PC and took some blurry photos of it. Little did "1997 Me" know that "2023 Me" would not only be able to determine the parts that went into that first PC from a couple of blurry photos, but would also be able to source most of those parts from eBay (the place where I buy things I later regret™).
Probably because "1997 Me" figured that no one in their right mind would want to be using a computer this old over 25 years later...
As far as I know, I'm still in my right mind, and "2024 Me" found the case that I used for my First PC Rebuild project. Alas, the case is missing the ridonkulous feet (as I was probably in the minority of users that actually bothered), but it is the case I remembered using. It probably even features extra-sharp edges -- a feature, not a bug, of 1997 "budget-oriented" cases -- so don't be surprised if I swap my normal gloves for cut-resistant ones, just in case I discover the edges are rusty inside.
But put the rest of the parts that I've acquired for my first PC rebuild project inside this case I must. (I'm channeling my best Yoda in the worst way here...)
Will I discover partway through the livestream that this is the wrong size case? Wil this case mysteriously short components together? Will I never manage to set the LED display to "90"? You'll have to watch to find out!
