Present Mic Has Finally Gotten a Quirkset! While he doesn't seem to do insane damage and actually feels balanced I personally believe they could have made the character a little more fun! But overhaul he seems solid and just takes some time to practice! #mhur #myheroultrarumble #ultrarumble
