Today is chores days! I've got dishes that need washing, laundry to be done, the motorhome tanks and cassette need emptying and I need more water so I've come to Clumber Park campsite in Worksop.
Sure I could do all these tasks on the road and I normally do but being honest with you, I'm feeling a little under the weather and thought I'd be nice to stop for a couple of days, rest up and bit and get everything done in one place.
I think this is a great use of campsites and people ask me all the time do I use campsites and the answer is yes just not all the time, I use them when I need them for instance to do all my chores, to sit still and relax for a couple of days or for the location to see or visit something local to that area, that's when I think campsites come into their own.
While on site I decided to make a start with spring cleaning, I know I know! It's not spring yet but I've been thinking about my motorhome and how big it is and it can run away from you and stuff & clutter creeps in and starts to take over, that's why I want to empty clean and sort 1 cupboard ever few weeks to keep on top of things.
That way I want put things back in their right place, remove ny rubbish and get rid of things that I just don't need of use any more.
I'm starting with my sauce cupboard this week and boy oh boy was it shocking!
