Happy tail end of Autism awareness month everyone! I have recently become obsessed with Monster High G3, and have watched the whole first season of the Monster High television show, and I am impressed! For all the weird and different among us, this show, just like Monster High itself is a safe haven of acceptance, community, and relatability! For a children's TV show, the characters are extremely well developed.
This video is more of a character study than a spoiler for the plot of the Monster High television show, but one character that I found particularly relatable as Twyla. As a never diagnosed as neurodivergent , but probably neurodivergent person it was so refreshing to see a character was Autism so openly represented on television. And in true Monster High fashion, it's lovely to see how accepting and accommodating Twyla's friends are! If only the real world could be more like Monster High!
