I am going to have to change my entire business strategy as sales have cratered on ebay this year. I think i will have to move to a high volume lower value and fast turnover model just to get liquid cash supporting myself and my business again. This is a 180 for me I get it but every self employed business owner knows they have to be open minded, adapt or die so they say. I have to keep going picking orders and doing a cheeky charity shop thrift session where i pick up a few surprising items.
