I will convene an independent common law court of record with a trial by jury. The jury will be of my peers and from my community.
This will be a Article 7 trial by jury.
In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

The prospective jurors shall render them able or willing to consider all of the evidence of fact and determine the law.
The parties in the action must prove their claims by the greater weight of the evidence.
“Greater weight of the evidence” means the more persuasive and convincing force and effect of the entire evidence in the case.
The rule of law
All nonjudicial records or books kept in any public office of any State, Territory, or Possession of the United States, or copies thereof, shall be proved or admitted in any court or office in any other State, Territory, or Possession by the attestation of the custodian of such records or books, and the seal of his office annexed, if there be a seal, together with a certificate of a judge of a court of record of the county, parish, or district in which such office may be kept, or of the Governor, or secretary of state, the chancellor or keeper of the great seal, of the State, Territory, or Possession that the said attestation is in due form and by the proper officers.
Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records, and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof. Article IV, Section 1, Constitution for the United States of America.

So I declare openly with clean hands no one is above the law... I've been injured and damaged and I've been denied fair and equal protection. The government and its agency's have failed to protect and serve. I have been denied a trial by jury in both criminal and civil matter. Denials, Dismissals after another. I have been held by the sheriff to prevent me from defending my claim against a judge who denied me a trial by jury in a criminal matter. They put me in a mental institution to get me to stop filing papers into the court. I was taken to trial wearing jail pants and a shirt that Judge Robert F. Diaz brought from his home. The jury saw me in full shackles and hand cuffed. You took my house without a warrant or court order. Then you refuse to allow me to retrieve my own personal property from the dwelling. You beat me for asserting my rights in asking I have seen no proof as to why you have kidnapped me. You shot gas into my apartment. You discharge your weapons killing my dog, you tried to kill me. You stole person and private belongings at my apartment and house (namely gold) Then you put me in prison for aggravated assault on a law enforcement office. When you all were the aggressors. No violence in me. You destroyed my family air looms and my entire economic existence.
As sure as man stands on the earth. I will be herd and there will be a redress of grievances. For truth and justice is within the grasp of the people. I am taking a stand against this tyranny.
