Rich Piana and 5% Nutrition are synonymous in the sports nutrition world for hardcore performance. Rich says, "5% represents those of us willing to give WHATEVER IT TAKES to reach their goals." Rich has inspired millions throughout his career as a bodybuilder and later as a motivational figure. His most enduring mantra and motivational saying was to live the "5%'ER mentality," which ultimately became the bedrock to establishing his own sports nutrition and lifestyle apparel company, 5% Nutrition.
