Watch me make an Insulated Lunch Sack. All products in this video were purchased by me and without solicitation for endorsement or review.

Here is the cut list I used but it is not hard to change the dimensions to suit your needs. These dimensions include 1/4" seam allowance which is pretty small to facilitate concealing the inner edges.

Insulated Lunch Sack Cut List

Outside Material

Front/Back (2) 8.5" X 16.25"
Sides (2) 5.5" X 16.25"
Bottom (1) 5.5" X 8.5"

Insulation and Liner

Front/Back (2) 8.5" X 13"
Sides (2) 5.5" X 13"
Bottom (1) 5.5" X 8.5"

Spray Adhesive: amzn.to/3a7A5PT

The snaps and snap dies are from: fasnap.com There are lots of other dies and snaps available. My experience in the market has reinforced the old adage that "you get what you pay for". Cheap dies are frustrating to use and cheap fasteners are fasteners in name only. There are other good dies and fasteners out there so shop around, just know that if the price is cheap so too will be the product.
