"T-Major 10" is an effect made by @ProMegaLogoEditor, which either renaming or changing it, causes confusion in "who made this effect?".
Instructions:
Go to Adjustments, then scroll down to find Hue.
Adjust hue to 50.
[Alternative: Color Changer = Color Offset: 360, Hue: 50]
Next we will apply "Mirror", (Normal preset)
Pitches:
0, -2, -8.
Maybe you can remake this on VEGAS Pro, VideoPad or AVS Video Editor.
I remaked this with KineMaster (or Spring, but i don't use Spring because of some effects being Premium).
