Due to many Requests on exact build details, I will make a follow-up video soon. In the meantime, here's the important bits of the finished Mimic Build
60 Vigor
65 Endurance (optional if using Ironjar Aromatic, but make sure to have at least 31 so you're not overloaded)
22 STR
18 DEX
42 FTH
20 ARC
For armor you want White Mask, then the full bull-goat set for everything else
For talismans, you want Lord of Blood's Exultation, Godskin Swaddling Cloth, and any 2 defensive/HP talismans of your choice depending on the boss you're fighting.
For weapons, you can either go a high tanking approach with dual Great Stars (Cold in Off-hand, Sacred or Heavy in main hand depending on boss resistance)
Or you can go a high offense approach with Rivers of Blood and an Erdtree Seal (I used golden order seal in the vid but Erdtree is better) with Erdtree Heal equipped as your only spell.
Mix all that with as many Ironjar Aromatics and Raw Meat Dumplings you can fit into your hot slot, and be prepared for your mimic to clean house
