Peychaud's Bitters: amzn.to/3XawhYm
Espresso Martini:
Build in shaker
Add
1 oz. or 30 ml. Cold Brew
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Vodka
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Kahlua
1 Lemon Peel (right into the shaker)
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass
Garnish with 3 Coffee Beans
Crystal Clear Espresso Martini:
Build in mixing glass over cracked ice
Add
.5 oz. or 15 ml. White Creme De Cacao
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Vodka
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Clear Coffee
Stir
Strain into glass
Rich Wood's Cleary Espresso Martini:
Build in mixing glass over cracked ice
Add
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Fat Washed Coffee Vodka*
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Blanc Vermouth (Dolin)
.5 oz. or 15 ml. White Creme De Cacao
.25 oz. or 8 ml. Dry Vino Sherry
Stir
Paint side of glass with Kahlua
Strain into glass
Sazzapresso:
Build in mixing glass
Add
2 oz. or 60 ml. Fat Washed Coffee Vodka*
1 bar spoon White Creme De Cacao
4 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
1 bar spoon Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
Crack ice into mixing glass and stir
Rinse glass with Absinthe
Strain drink into glass
Garnish with a Twist of Lemon
*Fat Washed Coffee Vodka
In bottle with lid
Add
Canola Oil
Ground Coffee
Vodka
Shake and stir aggressively to combine
*I left mine on a stir plate for a few hours
Freeze or use a Separatory Funnel
(Results may vary)
