This Apple Cider Fudge tastes like fall—and according to my family, it tastes like the North Pole! It’s rich, creamy and packed with warm apple flavor, cozy spices and little pieces of apple in every bite.
I tested two different apple cider fudge recipes, and this version was the clear winner. The apple cider flavor was stronger, it had more apple pieces, and it tasted even better after it had time to sit and all those flavors blended together. Even my son said he had never tasted anything quite like it!
Apparently, we aren’t the only ones who loved it. I sent a big plate to the teachers at my son’s school, and they were jokingly fighting over who got to keep the fudge—it was completely gone by noon!
This homemade apple fudge is a delicious fall treat, but it would also make wonderful Christmas candy for parties, candy trays, exchanges and homemade gifts. If you love apple cider, old-fashioned fudge and cozy holiday flavors, you have to try this one.
