I made a tier list for every skill in preparation for OSRS Leagues 3! Chat voted on the skill based on their apparent usefulness. A lot of skills are wrapped into other skills, so it's not always easy to think in a vacuum. Generally speaking, the logic for these skill placements was dependent on their early game usefulness, because by the late game you'll likely have every skill unlocked.
