After seeing a square trolley at a hair salon,
I thought it would be great to make a circular version.
However, I realized that if I made a 4-tier circular cart,
the narrow spacing between each tier would make it difficult to take items out.
To solve this, I removed a 30-degree section from each circular shelf
—much like cutting out a slice of pizza.
I then installed bearings in the center to allow them to rotate.
The design allows you to rotate any part of the shelves,
making it easy to look down from the top and access your storage conveniently.
To secure the bearings, I drilled holes into the central rod and used grub bolts.
Even a single small bolt can exert significant force
when tightened against the side of a circular rod.
For added stability, I installed five swivel casters on the base.
Aesthetically, this cart boasts a very high level of craftsmanship.
The edges of each shelf were created by precisely cutting and bending birch plywood.
On the top, I crafted a handle shaped like a car steering wheel,
making it easy to maneuver the cart around.
