I tried making a 100 hour tiramisu, inspired by other recent multi-day dessert videos, homemade mascarpone, a giant ladyfinger-style sponge, coffee soak, Marsala caramel and a very long rest in the fridge. Is stretching a dessert over days actually worth it, or is it just internet nonsense? I decided to find out.
