I spent time going through the new U.S. food guidelines and some things didn’t sit right with me.
There are parts I agree with, but there are also some surprising omissions and visual choices that raise real questions. In this video, I break down what’s included, what’s missing, and how these guidelines could influence how people eat in schools, hospitals, and everyday life.
This is not about fear or extremes, just a thoughtful, evidence based look at what’s being recommended and why it matters.
