The biggest security risk on your network isn't hackers. It's you — the port you opened five years ago and forgot to close, the policy nobody documented, the change nobody logged. AI is unreasonably good at fixing exactly those problems.
In this video I show the three levels of managing a UniFi network with Claude: Level 1 — screenshot anything and ask (zero risk, total control). Level 2 — read-only API access with proper key discipline (.env files, expiration dates). Level 3 — letting Claude write changes to the firewall itself, including the Sophos-to-UniFi migration trick every MSP should know.
