Leaving Singapore to get a haircut across the border is a wildly popular (and surprisingly practical) move. Prices for a wash, cut, and sometimes a scalp massage are often $10 to $25 SGD, whereas the exact same styling in Singapore might cost $50 to over $100 SGD. Also I'm going to wash my clothes as well and get somethingto eat.
