Once upon a time I was going to be performing at BABSCon along with all the other Californian and non-Californian bronies. I was asked to rewrite this song by the convention head and was going to perform it in the closing ceremonies...

But alas, life got in the way... I had to move to Virginia for a new job, and can't get the time off to make it to the convention. I wrote this song before knowing any of this but now it seems somehow fitting.

So here it is, a love song for Golden Gates, and a foreshadowing of the distance I'd be from her...
