This song is so special to me. Its about going through the waves of depression and riding them out. Sometimes you need to cry it out, be alone, and sit on the shower floor, to release these emotions so they will pass. It hurts in the moment but its part of the journey to the light at the end of the tunnel. Making this song with @nashoverstreet really helped me get through this phase of depression.
