PARENTS Leah and Q describe their household as "chaos" and their daily lives as "tiring" - and with three sets of twins to raise, it is easy to see why! When the couple learned they were expecting their first set of twins - Major and Milan (now 8) - Leah remembers feeling like her family would soon be complete. She told Truly: "I was super excited. Once we realised it was a boy and girl I was even more excited because I was like, 'One and done! We've got our boy, we've got our girl. Now we're all set'." But just two years later, Leah was pregnant with her second set of twins - another boy and girl. And as if being parents to two sets of twins was not unlikely enough, Kennedy and Kaleb (now 6) were born on the same date as their older siblings. Their four-way shared birthday has become an expensive time of year for Leah and Q, but that would soon become the least of their concerns. Kaleb would later be diagnosed with autism, news that Leah found "extremely scary" at the time. The parents have adjusted, but admit that "the most difficult part is the other children understanding" when they have to give more attention to one of their siblings. Just when Leah and Q felt in control of everything, they discovered Leah was pregnant again - and she had concerns: "I didn't know if that was something we could handle as a family, adding two more babies into the equation." Nevertheless, Leah gave birth to twin girls Karsyn and Madisyn two months ago and as she documented the baby girls' arrival into her family on social media, her unlikely family story soon gained a following. However, that following has brought judgement, with many questioning why she has not had her "tubes tied" and others telling her to "sue your husband" - and Leah and Q have had to learn to shrug off the opinions of others. Closer to home, though, Leah's sister Ciana was "shocked the third time" and expressed concerns about Leah and Q's ever-expanding family. So, as she sits down with her sister for some "real talk", will Ciana pull any punches? And will Leah be able to put Ciana's fears to bed?
