Welcome to my YouTube channel! This is the introductory vlog to an exciting 26-part series where I tackle a philosophical course at Yale University. It’s an open course, so it’s free and available to everyone. I’m committing to over six months of study and almost $700 in reading materials so that you don’t have to do the same!

Follow along by subscribing. I could use your support as I tackle this madness.

The course can be accessed for free at: https://oyc.yale.edu/NODE/201

**About the Course (From Yale University’s Site)**

Philosophy and the Science of Human Nature pairs central texts from Western philosophical tradition (including works by Plato, Aristotle, Epictetus, Hobbes, Kant, Mill, Rawls, and Nozick) with recent findings in cognitive science and related fields. The course is structured around three intertwined sets of topics: Happiness and Flourishing; Morality and Justice; and Political Legitimacy and Social Structures.

In this vlog series, I'll take you through each step of the experience, sharing my insights, opinions, and reflections along the way. From discussing classical theories to analyzing contemporary debates, we'll uncover the complexities of philosophy together. The course is composed of 26 lectures. I’m going to attempt to do one a week (plus the assigned reading!) and film the insanity.

Prepare to dive into a wide range of themes, including ethics, metaphysics, logic, epistemology, and more. Immerse yourself in the intellectual atmosphere of one of the most prestigious educational institutions and witness the power of critical thinking and reasoned argumentation.

Through this immersive series, I aim to ignite curiosity, spark intellectual discussions, and inspire a love for philosophical inquiry. By documenting my personal growth and intellectual development, I hope to encourage viewers to explore their own philosophical journey.

Don't forget to subscribe to my channel and hit the notification bell so you never miss an episode. Stay tuned for the upcoming episodes filled with captivating lectures, thought-provoking discussions, and captivating reads!
