When you buy an e-bike from Segway, it’s delivered to a local dealer who professionally assembles it to spec, walks you through all the features, and helps you get everything set up in the app.

My local shop, eBike of Colorado, even goes the extra mile and throws in a handlebar bag.

Honestly, it felt like a full white glove experience.
