The Psalmist says, I have set the Lord always before me. He is at my right hand. I will not be shaken. A lot of people are shaken because that's not where God is at in their lives. Sometimes we're begging God that we wouldn't be shaken, but we've allowed ourselves to be shaken. Take some ownership, take some responsibility. Say God, prioritize you. And if you're being shaken, perhaps it's an indication that God is not in the proper place in your life. And I'm not saying that God can't be in that proper place and you be shaken. That can happen. But sometimes we're blaming the shaking on what God has allowed when it's actually what we’ve allowed So don't blame God if you haven't done what the Psalmist has done. Start there. Start with God's Word and go, Am I doing what He's doing? Because the promise is I won't be shaken. It's not that things can't be shaking around me, it's just that I respond differently to them. And I seen that in the lives of people.
