A side effect of medication sent me on a mental health rollercoaster throughout 2023 and beyond. In an effort to raise awareness and push against mental health stigma, I’d like to share my story.
I experienced my absolute highest highs and lowest lows during this time and I think you’ll find it fascinating. It was a wild year to put it lightly, open it up if you’re in for an adventure and are ready for some heavy topics.
