I Hate to admit it... But Wisp is INSANE. I still find her kit somewhat boring but there are some builds for Wisp that are SUPER fun! Because of the wisp protoframe coming i thought why not finally make a full build guide on her! And Wisp Prime is in the Prime Resurgence Right now so go and get her while you can!
