Using a Japanese saw and an adjustable miter box, I cut the necessary pieces to make some wooden hexagonal frames. I need to make precise 60-degree cuts, which means I have to adjust the miter box to a 120-degree angle. This is very easy to do if you have an accurate set square. The idea was to make a hexagonal shelf and a hexagonal frame for a Beatles metal plaque, but I made a mistake with the measurements. On top of that, the oak board I used turned out to be warped. As a result, I ended up cutting smaller pieces. But that’s no problem, as in an upcoming video, I’ll turn these wooden hexagons into a beautiful hexagonal box:
