My little camping spot is pretty sweet. But come late summer, the ground gets saturated and turns into a nasty mess. So, for the last few weeks, I've moved most of my worldly possessions to a higher spot. Not very far, but three to five feet higher and that can make all the difference. Doing this every year since I've moved off the boat is getting old and my eyes are set on the next goal, which is to get a few acres of my own. Somewhere quiet. Somewhere I won't have to run from when the summer rains come.

That leads me to my next point which I teased at the end of this video. A giveaway contest to celebrate the coming of Fall Fishing. My friends at Pelican and I have a great package that someone will win very soon. I'll have details for you within a week.
