The first letter, was to inform them that I was the property owner and not my mother, who they had been harassing, about UCC violations, on real property, in a residential area not engaged in commerce and not a corporation... In any case, I instructed them to contact me, because I held legal recognized tittle of real property, occupied land and built shelter to protect my private property, as the LAW permits. Code Compliance did not respond and continued to harass my mother for UCC recommendations again not law, if you LOOK UP THE DEINITION (bottom page), are for RECOMMENDATION'S of Commerical sales for contracting regulations/guidelines for all Corporations engaged in commerce.
