I got clobbered with a parking ticket by a Blackpool Council Parking Enforcement Officer for stopping in a taxi rank on the promenade by the Central Pier at 06:45hrs.
In the video I inspect the taxi rank, and found there was no metal sign to say no stopping except for taxis. The yellow painted taxi signs on the road were also quite faded, so do I have a case?
