I installed Mistral's terminal-native coding agent, handed it my real 50,000-line codebase, pushed the session to the cloud, and physically walked away. It refactored an entire directory, updated every cron file, rewrote the docs, and opened a pull request while I wasn't at my desk. Honest verdict on all three tests inside.
