Want to go backpacking but are intimidated by the crazy price tag of most gear out there? I have been trying to find quality backpacking gear that real backpackers can use while sticking to a strict budget. I bought all the core backpacking components in this video for $503. I have a few extra goodies that I also included that brings the final price to $610. I tried to go backpacking on exclusively Amazon budget gear earlier this year and found there were definitely a lot of items I could improve. So I dug deeper and I found some real gems.
