Back in September, after a whirlwind 2-week adventure in Greenland and Iceland, myself and a couple good friends flew home on WestJet's relatively new service from Reykjavík (Keflavík) to Calgary, Canada!
This is one of several transatlantic flights that WestJet has added in recent years to grow their international network while awaiting the delivery of more 787s.
Most of those new routes are taking place out of Eastern Canada, but KEF-YYC proved to be a unique way to get home from Europe on a 737!

Victoria is the capital of British Columbia and the largest city on Vancouver Island. Its served by Victoria International Airport (YYJ/CYYJ), located to the north of the city near the towns of Sidney and North Saanich.
YYJ is home to a solid lineup of domestic flights, with a nice mix of private action and regularly scheduled flights from Air Canada, WestJet, and Flair.
I had a great time spotting there back in July with @BSiskaAviation on a beautiful summer day. Enjoy these 15 minutes of YYJ action!
