I flew to Montreal to film a commercial I couldn’t talk about… until now. Being part of this Sport Chek campaign meant a lot, especially since running has always been a core part of my life. I’m also sharing a quick update on my 5K training, which hasn’t exactly been smooth… and I’ve included some highlights from my recent basketball game too. At the end of the video, I dive into the lore of my “How Heatscore Are You” series. What started out as a joke turned into something way bigger than I ever expected.
