I was tired of making revenue in my small business but not seeing any profit, so I fixed it with an old school envelope style budgeting method, loosely based on the Profit First Method. It takes me 5 minutes at a time, and has helped me (and my clients) increase our profit margins by up to 60%. No subscriptions or software - just a few minutes and a few steps.
