Most people know that in Pokemon Emerald version, the RNG is broken. But, what does that mean, and can we fix it without a romhack? The answer is yes, but it involves the Nintendo E-Reader, Arbitrary code execution, and some clever thinking!

This will let you soft reset for shiny Pokemon like starters, or gifts! And you can use it on normal stationaries, too, if you want :O!
