I don't hate proxies. I just prefer authentic cards.

For me, it's not really about gameplay. It's about the feeling of owning the actual card, knowing its history, where it came from, and what it represents in my collection.

At the same time, I completely understand why players value proxies for accessibility.

Maybe this debate isn't really about who's right. Maybe we just value different parts of the hobby.
