"Buckland's Complete Book of Witchcraft" (also known as Big Blue) was originally published in 1986, and I just read it all the way through for the first time this year! These are just a few of my thoughts about things I found interesting about this book, reading it now, more than a decade into my own path and more than 30 years since this book first came out.

The Tarot book I mentioned is "The Tarot: History, Symbolism, and Divination" by Robert M. Place. It covers the "mythical history" that used to be published in all these older books, as well as the more actual historical background. Very cool read, in my opinion! I learned a TON.
This is a website I've been recommending for learning basics about the chakra system for years--I love it because it includes a "chakra test" where you answer questions (honestly!) about yourself and see which chakras your answers correlate to being too open, too closed, or fairly balanced. I do the test once or twice every year as a self-diagnostic to see how I'm doing and check in with myself.
