After nearly two months apart, I finally got to reunite with my daughters — and every moment was a reminder of what I’m showing up for. From flipping through old journal pages to chasing joy through hotel hallways and ice cream drips, this video is a glimpse into fatherhood, presence, and the weight we carry — both emotional and physical.

Even through piriformis pain and quiet workouts, I’ve been learning that every rep is a choice. A choice to keep moving. A choice to be here. A choice to love out loud.
