Another edition of a long asssss video that I filmed back in August but I didn't know what to do with it because it was 'so not like my channel'.
And in my new headspace I'll say that putting this video together, I absolutely loved doing it and I love watching it. It's just me, going about my day.
Thanks for watching it. Thanks for letting me create without a reason. Thanks for seeing me and giving up moments of your precious time to spend it with me :)
2020 is more about being human and being real.
I adore you.
This video is just capturing a moment of time when I was starting to digest my breakdown that I needed in order to rebuild stronger.
Sydney provided that space for healing. There wasn't a particular reason for the breakdown - I was just exhausted from a life of running on high speed and coming to terms with this new reality that I stepped into which I guess wasn't so easy for me to understand - my public persona and dealing with negative thoughts and moments.
Even though I'm not giant online by any sense of the world, I guess the expectations through comments and what I wanted to provide the audience and taking away the pain just became a lot for me to handle.
But after the breakdown comes a new moment, a new time, an opportunity to find out more about yourself and what you're capable of.
That's what my 2019 was about.
