Is it always eugenics to not want to have a disabled child?

It’s a complex subject with many intersecting human rights issues that overlap and sometimes even contrast.

We need to be able to have nuanced conversations about these subjects while avoiding falling into the trap of harmful (e.g. eugenic) ideologies.
