s the Steve Rogers we see in the Avengers: Doomsday trailer really OUR Steve?

After watching the trailer multiple times, I noticed several clues that make me question whether Marvel is hiding one of the biggest twists in the MCU.

Could this be a variant? A villain? Or is Marvel setting us up for one massive surprise?
