We took our family's heritage sourdough starter and made it available to everyone so you can get started with sourdough. We also have a cookbook and a full sourdough kit that includes your first bag of Organic Ancient Grain Kamut flour and everything you need to start!

Once you have sourdough in the house, you can use the discard (flattened leaven) for pancakes and baking to make all your recipes even better! Our recipe book is more than bread. You'll find dinner, pizza and desserts too.
