I Disabled Windows SEARCH and Replaced with Free Tool to Improve Performance
Windows Search Indexing doesn't work properly and even occupies high CPU and Memory resources, so I disabled it and replaced it with a free tool. Doing this boosted my Windows 11 performance and even enhanced my searching.
