I've spent a lot of time sitting behind a desk—editing videos, answering emails, working on content, and everything in between. So when LiberNovo sent me the LiberNovo Omni SE Dynamic Ergonomic Chair, I wanted to find out if its dynamic ergonomic design actually makes a difference during long work sessions.

In this video, I'm unboxing and reviewing the LiberNovo Omni SE Dynamic Ergonomic Chair, including its Bionic FlexFit Backrest, Dynamic Support System, manual lumbar adjustment, Dynamic Screen Alignment, five-position recline, 4D armrests, adjustable neckrest, and StepSync footrest.

I'm using the 48 cm Obsidian version. For reference, I'm 5'9" and approximately 220 lbs, so I'll also show you how the chair fits and feels for someone with my build.
