It’s been a year since I started my 3D printing journey with the Bambu Lab P1S, and I've learned a lot about design since then. Today, I’m revisiting my 2U rackmount NAS enclosure to make it better, cleaner, and more functional. With a new, larger printer in the studio, I was finally able to print major sections in a single piece and integrate some serious remote management with the JetKVM.
This project has been months in the making, with over 50 prototypes to get the fit just right. We’re also adding custom rack rails (thanks to some "accidental" Silverstone parts) and showing off a new Voronoi pattern aesthetic that really sets this build apart.
