I Crashed My Bike And Broke My Back @RJTheBikeGuy

I was shooting footage for a video and made a stupid mistake. I crashed my bike, and fractured three vertebrae (T3, T4, T5). One of the doctors said that if I wasn't wearing a helmet, I would probably be dead. There is no surgery needed, but it will take 6-8 weeks to recover. Currently taking lots of ibuprofen and wearing a back brace to limit movement. Ride & crash video shot with a chest mounted GoPro Hero 4.
