Sometimes the best play is NOT making the play.

This Battlefield REDSEC Wreckage Final started brilliantly.

We planted the opening bomb and built a 16-6 lead.

But they fought their way back.

21-14.
24-17.
26-23.

Then everything turned.

They secured the bomb, pushed through us and planted.

28-27.

First to 30.

26 seconds until their bomb detonates.

One more point and they win the Final.

I get the next kill.

29-27.

Their bomb is still ticking.

I could push the objective immediately...

Instead, I stay hidden just outside the site.

Why?

I'm our spawn point.

Stay alive long enough and the squad can spawn back on me.

One by one we're back.

Now we can push together.

One final attack.
One teammate goes for the defuse.
Enemy on the balcony.
Gunfire everywhere.

30-28.

Game over.

Sometimes patience, positioning and one decision are worth more than another gunfight.
